My ability to earn a living depends on my capacity to schedule and manage my time effectively, as well as to rely on my clients honoring the appointments we have mutually agreed upon.Of course, I understand that life has its ups and downs, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, when a client cancels or misses an appointment without sufficient notice, it results in a loss of income that I cannot recapture. Because of this, I have established a cancellation policy that allows for flexibility while also protecting the value of my time and my commitment to be there for you when you schedule.Please respect both my time and our agreement by not asking to waive the applicable fees.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made two (2) days in advance: No charge

• Cancellations made one (1) day in advance: 50% of appointment fee

• Cancellations made on the same day: 75% of appointment fee

• No-shows: Charged at the full appointment rate
